At White Lotus International School, we marked the last working day of the academic session with a heart-warming Holi celebration, filling the air with colour, fragrance, and joy for our kindergartners. This special celebration was designed to immerse our little learners in the spirit of Holi while ensuring a safe, sensory-rich experience.
The children rejoiced in the festival of colours using fresh yellow marigold petals, symbolizing brightness, positivity, and happiness. Instead of synthetic colours, they playfully tossed marigold petals, creating a beautiful golden shower of festivity and warmth. Their laughter and excitement lit up the school, making the farewell to this academic session truly memorable. Adding even more colour to the event, the little ones danced to the rhythmic beats of Holi songs, their energy and enthusiasm making the celebration even more vibrant.

Principal, Mrs. Purvika Solanki, expressed the significance of this initiative, stating, “At our school, we believe in celebrating our rich cultural heritage while fostering environmental consciousness. By opting for marigold flowers, we aimed to teach our students the value of sustainability and responsible celebrations. Holi is a festival of love, joy, and togetherness, and today, we experienced its true essence in the most natural and beautiful way.”
As we bid farewell to our young learners for this session, we send them off with the colours of joy and the fragrance of new beginnings. We look forward to welcoming them back in the next academic year, filled with zeal, happiness, and a commitment to excel.
At White Lotus International School, every celebration is a step toward joyful learning, and today was a perfect way to end the session on a vibrant and positive note.
