The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) hosted its annual award ceremony on April 12, 2026 where the SGCCI Golden Jubilee Memorial Trust honored the Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology (SCET), a constituent college of Sarvajanik University, with the “Mahavir Synthesis Award for Outstanding Institute/College of Education 2024–25.”
This recognition, under the SGCCI Golden Jubilee Awards, is a proud milestone for SCET and underscores the institution’s excellence in multiple spheres, including: contribution of students in competitive examinations, implementation of various scholarship schemes, contribution of teachers in the field of research, consultancy, organization of various seminars/workshops, innovation in teaching methodology, infrastructure facilities, organization of various activities related to sports, NSS, cultural, social welfare and environment protection for the overall development of students as well as placement, participation of alumni and many more.
The ceremony was graced by the Past & Present Chairmen of Sarvajanik Education Society, Office Bearers, Past & Present Chairmen’s Representatives, Provost SU, Governing Body Members, Principal SCET, deans, and representatives from various departments.
Expressing gratitude, SCET acknowledged SGCCI for recognizing its journey and contributions to education and society. SCET extends heartfelt thanks to its entire engineering fraternity—faculty, students, and alumni—whose dedication and commitment continue to drive the institution’s success.
