Surat – Sharda Vidyamandir (Gujarati & English Medium) and S. V. M. English Medium Primary School successfully organized their Annual School Fun Fair on December 19 – 20 2025, at the school premises, transforming the campus into a lively arena of joy, creativity, and community bonding. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, parents, and staff, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter, learning, and shared celebration.
Curated by the Student Council with dedicated guidance from the faculty, the Fun Fair was envisioned as an experiential learning platform—one that fosters unity, nurtures talent, and offers students a refreshing pause from routine academics while reinforcing values of responsibility, teamwork, and leadership.
The fair featured a diverse range of thoughtfully managed stalls offering an assortment of refreshments, including South and North Indian delicacies, popcorn, juices, tea, coffee, and homemade treats, catering to varied tastes and preferences. Alongside culinary delights, students showcased their creative and performing arts talents through music, dance, craft, and activity stalls, infusing the campus with vibrant energy and youthful enthusiasm.

Students and staff demonstrated remarkable collaboration by actively managing stalls, coordinating activities, and engaging visitors, thereby translating classroom learning into real-world skills such as planning, communication, and cooperation. The overwhelming turnout and positive response underscored the school’s strong sense of community and collective spirit.
Beyond entertainment, the Fun Fair served as an educational experience—encouraging students to learn through participation, responsibility, and shared ownership. It stood as a fine example of holistic education, where intellectual growth harmoniously blends with social and emotional development.
On this successful occasion, the Trustees Shri Umakant bhai Acharya and Shri Yogi Acharya, along with Principal Shri Narendra Chawda, Mrs. Hina Adhvaryu, and Mrs. Shalini Parmar, expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the Student Council, teachers, volunteers, parents, and students for their unwavering support and contribution in making the event a grand success.
